Return and Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, all sales are final. Our body wash and other grooming products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in cases of product damage or manufacturing defect.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@themalemethod.in with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Replacement will be provided only after verification and approval by our customer support team.

  • No cash refunds are provided; replacements will be issued for eligible claims.
