Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, all sales are final. Our body wash and other grooming products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in cases of product damage or manufacturing defects.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@themalemethod.in, along with clear photos of the product and its packaging.
All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our customer support team.
- Replacements will be provided for eligible claims only.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
